Submission Box Is Not Available for Classes with More Than 1,000 Participants

Submission Box cannot be used in classes with more than 1,000 participants.

Large classes involving an entire school or grade level may place a heavy load on the server. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Q. Does "1,000 participants" refer to the total number of people in the school or the number of participants in a single class?

A. It refers to the number of participants in a single class, not the total number of people in the school.

Even if the entire school has more than 1,000 users, Submission Box can still be used as long as each class stays within the limit.

Q. We created a class that includes the entire school for announcements. Can we continue using it as long as we do not use Submission Box?

A. Yes. If the class is only used for announcements or sending materials, there should be no issue.

However, to reduce system load, we recommend dividing classes by grade or homeroom whenever possible.

You may also use a school-wide shared Materials Box to distribute materials.
